SHIPPING - Most orders are shipped FedEx.  Shipping is calculated during the online order process first, so you know how much the total cost will be before you input your credit card information.

Our online shipping quotes are for deliveries within the continental US only. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories and some APO addresses the shipping charge will need to be calculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or email from one of our representatives with an update prior to fulfilling your order.

RETURNS - Fair & friendly customer service means returns are accepted.  You may return your purchase within 30 days of ordering BUT you must first request a RMA number so that we can process the return.   Please make sure that the return item is in new condition and please remember to contact us first for a RMA number prior to any product return.
