The Cana-Vac 250-E Entry Level Central Vacuum Cleaner will cover homes up to 3,500 square feet. With a rating of 445 airwatts, it will neatly remove 100% of allergens it picks up. The Cana-Vac 2500-E also features 112" of suction (water lift) and is an entry level central vacuum system designed with economy in mind.
The Cana-Vac 250-E is what is known as a "Hybrid" central vacuum cleaner, meaning it has the flexibility to be used either with, or without the AlleRX. three layer filter bags. The use of an AlleRX. three layer filter bag prevents nasty dust clouds from appearing when the 5 gallon / 19 liter dust canister is emptied. Instead, if a an AlleRX. three layer filter bag is used, clean up is easy and simple. Just lift the bag out, and throw it away.
The AlleRx filter bag's first filtration layer is a durable backing for maximum tensile strength. The middle layer captures 99.4% of allergens and dust. The outer, third layer remains surprisingly clean, making handling a used, full filter bag healthy and easy. In addition to the AlleRX filter bag, a Micro-Tex filter is also included in order to improve the air quality at exhaust.
A 15 Amp Circuit may be used, however, to be safe, we recommend a 20 amp circuit.
