Some surfaces are particularly prone to scratches, for these items it is best to use the steam nozzle without a brush attachment. For most other areas, start with the included nylon brush, the least abrasive of them all, and carefully work your way up to the brass brush attachment. If the brass brush isn't doing the trick, try the optional stainless steel brush, the most abrasive brush available. Please use care when using the brushes in order to prevent damage or scratching.
Some tough cleaning jobs might require the use of the brass brush included with your Reliable Enviromate. Please, make sure you are careful in order to not scratch the surface with this tool.
