I love my new vacuum, it is great for daily clean up! I have 2 dogs, they don't shed much but they drag in leaves and debris. This vacuum is great for a quick clean up. Good suction and lightweight. Cordless vacuums are known for the battery lasting only a year or two, so I was very happy that it came with 2 batteries. Love that I can charge the battery separate from the vacuum. Makes storage and recharging so easy. After vacuuming I just pop the battery in the charger and put the vacuum away!

I love this vacuum. This is the third one I have bought. The other two still work but the battery stopped charging as much as it should. It comes with two batteries, so I use one on the new vac and one on the old vac. It?s cheaper to buy the vacuum with two batteries than it is to buy two batteries. This is the handiest appliance I have used. I use it every day.

This is a great product I would highly recommend it to anyone with kids or dogs or just an easy way to clean-up. I have a dog and most of the house is either ceramic tile, hardwood floors or carpet; with the vacuum you can easily adjust from the beater brushes for the carpet or turn them off with a flip of a switch. Great gift also it is one I won't be without unless they quit making them.

I have two dogs with long hair that I let come into my living room at night when I watch TV. Even though I put down a throw to catch some of the hair, it still gets on the carpet. The 96DZ is easy to grab to do a quick cleanup of the stray hair and with the extra free battery that came with it; I have enough power to go over the rug in the dining room and the living room and the tile floor in the kitchen.
