The carpet cleaner surprised me in a good way. I didn't expect it to be able to clean the hardwood floor. It is a bit on the loud side.

I have had Hoover steam cleaners before, and gave the one I had to my son who has a dog, but missed it and purchased this one it is a bit different with the tools onboard I like it other than that it is identical to my older one. It seemed to be priced fair. And arrived intact within a reasonable time since it traveled across the USA. I was able to put it together the instructions were clear, the handle is all that needs attaching and there is a diagram on the back of the machine showing how the tools go for storing onboard. Overall I am happy.
