Ordering was great, delivery was great, and the machine arrived and was in good condition. I put it together and used it that day. It worked better than I had expected. If I had one thing that I would like to improve, it would be the amount of cleaner that comes with the unit, but I went and bought another bottle, 64 oz. instead of the 16 oz. size that comes with the order. Other than that I was more than impressed. I've already told many of my family members about it and your site.
