Shipping Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.  We also understand that the speed of delivery is important to every customer, and offer several shipping choices to fit your needs.  However, we currently ship most of our products via FedEx for a majority of shipments in order to ensure quick, expedited delivery and superior service.

Following credit card verification and approval, most items will be shipped out within one business day following receipt of your order. When placing your order, be sure to provide the correct billing address. If you wish to ship your order to a different address other than to your billing address, please have this address confirmed with your credit card company and have it added prior to placing your order.

Shipping and Processing Times:
Most orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. If you included an e-mail address with your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation complete with your order number.  In addition, most orders will get an e-mail with tracking information when the order ships. This tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address supplied during the order.

Shipping Estimates:
Please note that ground shipping times are estimates. Most products will be delivered in this time-frame. If a package is needed by a precise date, please call us to guarantee a ship date.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada:
Our online shipping quotes are for deliveries within the continental US only. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, the shipping charge will recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or e-mail from one of our representatives with an update prior to order fulfillment.
