Hoover Steam Vac
I'm not sure which product you are referring to. If you are referring to my Hoover steam vac. I like it fine and use it to clean my furniture and carpet which is usually stained with cat and dog vomit - Mostly cat. The cleaner works great and I do recommend it. It's great but not by Hoover.
