Satisfied customer
Brought machine 45 days ago and used it twice. The performance was very good and smooth, easy to use and lite weight. Instructions were easy to understand to fill / empty and cleanup with no mess. The carpet was dry in a couple of minutes. Would recommend to future prospects.

Great Cleaner
This unit works great. Easy to use and even easier to clean up. Would recommend to anyone. Had Bissell and Hoover and both broke after a few uses.

I only used my new Royal once so far and it was on my husband's fishing boat. Considering it wasn't meant for this purpose, it did a pretty good job.
